Who is responsible
StoryFrame School is responsible for your personal data. Contact: contact@storyframeschool.com.
What data we collect
- Account data: first name, last name, email address, password (encrypted).
- Purchase data: courses bought, amount, date, order number. Payments are handled by PayPal: we never receive your full card details.
- Learning data: lessons completed, quiz results, questions you ask.
- Booking data: name, email and answers you give when you book a call.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the site to work.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Who receives it
We only share data with the services we need to run the school:
- Hostinger: website hosting.
- PayPal: payments.
- Google (Calendar and Meet): booking and video calls.
- Our video hosting provider: streaming of course lessons.
- Our newsletter provider: sending the newsletter.
Some of these providers may store data outside your country. They use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by law.
How long we keep it
- Account and learning data: as long as your account is active, then deleted within 12 months after you ask us to close it.
- Invoices and payment records: for the period required by tax law.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Booking data: 12 months after the call.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work (login, checkout, security). Embedded videos and the booking calendar may set their own cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or download your data, object to some uses, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email contact@storyframeschool.com: we will answer within one month.
If you think your rights are not respected, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and access to student data is limited to the school team.
Children
Students under 16 need the consent of a parent or guardian to create an account.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
