Who we are

StoryFrame School ("we", "us") is an online art school. Website: storyframeschool.com. Contact: contact@storyframeschool.com.

These terms apply to everyone who uses the website, books a call or buys a course. By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept them.

What we offer

• E-learning courses: pre-recorded video lessons and downloadable exercises, accessible through your student account.
• Coaching: live one-to-one online sessions (10-hour or 20-hour packages) held on Google Meet.
• Free 30-minute call: an introductory call with no obligation to buy.

Course content, prices and schedules are described on each course page and may be updated over time.

Your account

You need an account to access paid content. Please give accurate information and keep your password private. Your account is personal: sharing your login or course access with other people is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that are shared.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to buy a course.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each course page and confirmed at checkout, including any taxes that apply. Payment is made online through PayPal (card payments are accepted without a PayPal account). We never see or store your full card details.

Access to an e-learning course is unlocked as soon as payment is confirmed.

Access to e-learning

Unless stated otherwise on the course page, you get lifetime access to the courses you buy, for as long as StoryFrame School offers the course online. If we ever have to close a course, we will tell you in advance and give you a reasonable period to finish it.

You need a stable internet connection and an up-to-date browser. We may improve or update lessons over time.

Coaching sessions

• Sessions are booked through our online calendar and take place on Google Meet.
• You can reschedule or cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations or no-shows count as a used session.
• If we have to cancel, we will offer you a new time slot.
• Coaching hours must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Refunds

To request a refund, email contact@storyframeschool.com with your order details. Approved refunds are paid back with the original payment method.

Intellectual property

All videos, exercises, documents and other course materials belong to StoryFrame School or its teachers. They are for your personal learning only. You may not download (unless a download is offered), copy, record, resell, share or publish them.

The artwork you create during the courses belongs to you. If you share your work with us, we will only show it publicly (for example on our website or Instagram) with your permission.

Behaviour

Please be respectful in sessions, comments and Q&A. We may remove content or close an account in case of abuse, harassment or misuse of the platform.

Liability

We do our best to keep the website and courses available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results (for example finding a job in animation). Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Personal data

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force on the date of your purchase.

Disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to find a solution together. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
